This project required us to develop a response to Chemical, Biological, Radiological & Nuclear (CBRN) capability for non-specialist staff, specialist teams and hospitals in high risk locations.
A large humanitarian organisation had identified a heightened threat of CBRN weapons being used in areas of conflict that posed a hazard to civil society.
Working with client specialists, develop appropriate CBRN response capabilities for client staff, hospitals and communities.
Establish best practices for response development related to the stakeholders. Develop policy, process, resources and competence for capacity building in each group. Launch and embed the system.
