SITUATION

A large manufacturing company had identified a trend with graduate entrants, they struggled to adapt to leading teams in a fast paced and multi-faceted working environment.

DIRECTION

We were asked to prepare and deliver a program of learning and development that better prepared graduate entrants for their role now and in the future.

ACTION

Develop and integrate a range of human factors, team dynamics, conflict management and managerial tools into a ‘Dynamic Leadership Toolbox’. Prepare and deliver a blended learning program over a specified time frame per intake.
