SITUATION

A global beverage manufacturer was having production issues in some key areas of their business. There was a risk that these issues would significantly impede the growth of a number of existing and new brands.

DIRECTION

We were asked to conduct research into the route cause of the problem and recommend remedial actions to mitigate loss and generate increased production.

ACTION

We conducted a range of research on and off site. Within one week we had identified the route causes, within one month we had implemented stabilizing works, within one year our client had record rates of production.
