This project required us to re-map the functional capabilities of a global provider of specialized, high risk humanitarian operations and develop a software application to support operations.
A specialist unit of high risk humanitarian workers was at a key point in their development. A strategic review had identified that there was a need to update the systems and processes that were used within the teams.
Working with the head of the unit, re-define the policies, organisation, processes, resources and competence requirements of the unit. Once established build a unit software application that supports networked, risk managed operations, globally.
Develop an understanding of the unit intent. Build all aspects of the operational model. Quality assure the system and develop a software application. Educate the workforce in the system and the application. Embed and support the change.
