Specialist CUAV Modular Chassis
This project was an urgent requirement to design and produce a specified number of precision built, ergonomic, modular chassis for the world leading Counter Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (CUAV) system.
SITUATION
Our client had developed the only UK Home Office and USA DOD approved CUAV system. The system was urgently needed to protect civil society against a very real threat. The client asked us to develop a chassis.
DIRECTION
Our task was to design, test and deliver a production ready modular chassis and first batch production run, urgently.
ACTION
We designed a modular, highly specified chassis with a quality controlled production capability and delivered the first batch for immediate deployment, within three months from start to completion.
