SITUATION

A mass transport operator in the UK was making unprecedented changes to the supporting infrastructure and its workforce. The client recognized that existing preparedness was not adequate for these changes and this needed to be rectified urgently.

DIRECTION

We were asked to prepare and embed an Incident Management System that was appropriate for their unique and evolving situation during and after the changes were carried out.

ACTION

Establish workforce representation. Confirm emergent risk profiles. Coordinate the development and implementation of resilient preparedness measures. Train and rehearse all levels of the organisation using multiple incident evolution's.
